Excellent medical care and compassion but lack of staffing at the front desk. It is illogical, anxiety provoking not to be able to speak with someone to make an appointment. I can call at five different times throughout the day and I am put on hold for minutes at a time. No one has the time to call five times a day when you are working! This treatment is unacceptable. You NEED to HIRE more front desk help!!!!
