Jennifer Davis, NP is the best PCP I have had in a long time. Jennifer is professional, caring and compassionate with her medical care for me and my needs. All the staff are always attentive and considerate and ready to accommodate my needs and requests whenever possible and appropriate. Nurse Tina can get a vein from difficult veins like mine and that relieves a level of stress that had become a problem with me as I have lost a good deal of weight and am sometimes not well hydrated. Jennifer Davis and the staff here are amazing. They have gotten me through a difficult year as I needed a specialist and it took time. Jennifer is wonderful, listens to concerns, and really cares that you get better. Highly recommend.
Nurses and front desk were perfectly polite and sweet. I went in cause I lost my voice and the doctor made a poor joke about a woman losing her voice and that not really being a problem at all. Didn’t really appreciate it.
my experience at this clinic in Cleveland, was not a good one. I went in with vertigo and the nurse ask me where was my rash I told her I put on the form I filled out vertigo. Instead of taking me into a room to be checked she took my my blood pressure in the hall now I know I looked like a bag lady and probably smelled like on to as I told her I was sorry for the way I looked but with vertigo I couldn't get in the shower afraid I would fall.
