I would recommend going elsewhere if you are looking for residential propane delivery. We are locked in with them due to a local merger. It has been a headache with fuel running out, late delivery and broken promises.
Customer service is atrocious. One star is more than generous for their total lack of service for what you pay. They bought out previous company that serviced tanks at my house. I have 2 tanks at house. One was empty so I called to get it refilled. It was empty because they took me off auto fill without telling me. They came to house 2 weeks after I called and filled the tank that wasn't empty. It took at least 3 or 4 more calls to convince them I had more than one tank at house. I would really like to give this company zero Stars. Few of the people who answered the phone are nice but they have no power to help people.
