Terrible service, absolutely appalling - they lose medical records, never follow up and are extremely unhelpful and just do not care about their patients. Would not recommend.

Once again these people are not here to help. Ongoing medical issues, try to make an appointment yet you cant even do that over the phone anymore. We do nothing but constantly fight with them, over what I deem as a heavy tax payer, for what is very simple request. Leona was very unhelpful and could only quote a script. How hard have they made it for white British people to use the services they are supposed to be entitled too. Absolute joke and not my first review of this money first" public organisation"

Waited 2 weeks for a doctors appointment, had a phone call appointment and could hear the Doctor Hadid children shouting and playing in the background. When asked about this he said " yes it's fine, it's my home clinic". Felt very unsafe and not at all confidential.
