I came in for an invisalign appointment, and had a really good experience! I was in a rush and they got me in and out fairly quick. Mel and the staff at the front desk were great!

I unfortunately didn't have a great overall experience with GTC ortho. It took a lot longer than expected to achieve my results because they simply weren't listening; I had to re-explain many times to them (especially to the admin team) even though I was always clear. Several misunderstandings on their end which a couple times was caused by them documenting incorrectly.
