I unfortunately didn't have a great overall experience with GTC ortho. It took a lot longer than expected to achieve my results because they simply weren't listening; I had to re-explain many times to them (especially to the admin team) even though I was always clear. Several misunderstandings on their end which a couple times was caused by them documenting incorrectly. I’ve recently finished my braces treatment and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. My experience with Dr. Mark and his team was truly exceptional. EVERYONE from the front desk to the lovely CDAs to Dr. Mark himself was incredibly approachable, had wonderful personalities, and demonstrated both thoroughness and professionalism at every visit.
