Very poor and slow customer service. There are always long queues, and honestly, the staff at the front desk don’t seem properly trained. Every week there is some issue with classes, enrolments, or other problems — it’s exhausting. On top of that, the disabled/family toilet is always dirty, with dead cockroaches, and having only one toilet is not enough for such a big pool. I wouldn’t recommend this swimming school at all. I’m just waiting for this term to finish so I can move my kids to another swimming school. Truly fed up... read more
