The front desk is horrible with phone calls and they do not know how to professionally speak to people. Especially after having them on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone. Every time you call you are on hold waiting for over 20mins. You do get a faster response time after lunch.
Although a lot of reviews on here are negative due to folks own personal experiences I've always appreciated the help from the caring pediatricians and nurses. Thank you
Absolutely ridiculous that you have to wait over 30 mins on hold just to speak to receptionist about an appointment.

I'm greatful for Dr. C and his medical assistant they always treat my children with care and kindness.
