Had a couple model homes for Royal prefabs. Friendly sales guy, Adam, answered all my questions. Gave me some promotional material and didn't hassle me. Fwiw, the model home was decent, and their pricing didn't seem too far out of line.

Update. Still no compensation from Barrie Build & Design regarding our building issues. Guildcrest is no longer affiliated with Barrie Build and Design, but are now working with Royal Homes. Use caution, get everything in writing & hold back 10% until all necessary repairs have been complete Our advice… buyer beware ! Stay Away ! Had our place built in 2018. We were told that they would be onsite a year after build to correct any issues we may have with the house. It was 2 years, and several emails before they came in for th... read more
