Management is a joke. Sloppy work
Our first experience with Guildcrest in 2014 was great, so we thought we'd do another go round with them. This time not so great. From my understanding they are under new management since our first purchase. Their mission statement is false.....customer service....not at all. We've had 3 different delivery dates fail. Very disappointing to say the least when you're expecting your home to arrive with everyone and everything setup up to have them cancel a few days before arriving.
