Management is a joke. Sloppy work
Our first experience with Guildcrest in 2014 was great, so we thought we'd do another go round with them. This time not so great. From my understanding they are under new management since our first purchase. Their mission statement is false.....customer service....not at all. We've had 3 different delivery dates fail. Very disappointing to say the least when you're expecting your home to arrive with everyone and everything setup up to have them cancel a few days before arriving. Misleading purchase process. The whole customer service area misleads the purchaser. The overall message from them is that they are not responsible and would offer little to no help. We bought this home in 2016, have had two window problems. The first one was fixed although the process was time consuming with little help from Guildcrest and very frustrating.
