Misleading purchase process. The whole customer service area misleads the purchaser. The overall message from them is that they are not responsible and would offer little to no help. We bought this home in 2016, have had two window problems. The first one was fixed although the process was time consuming with little help from Guildcrest and very frustrating. I am very happy to be living in my brand new guildcrest home. It was a challenging project because it was in the city and so we had to reimagine some of guildcrest's existing designs. I couldn't be happier with my home. It suis my needs perfectly. I had a great experience working with Mattie, the stitch crew and the rest of the Guildcrest team. I would highly recommend them if asked about my house.
