After taking a significant deposit—large for a small business like mine—they almost immediately advised me to abandon my case, despite it being rife with evidence of unethical behavior by a major corporation. I would advise against retaining Guild Yule LLP for your critical legal needs. This firm was retained by Bank of Montreal for assistance in the acquisition of a business myself and business partners were buying in to in late 2023. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding of our core objectives, repeated delays, and overall inattention to detail characterized most of our business dealings with the firm. We will look to do business elsewhere in the future, and I recommend you do the same. Do better.
My wife and I were being unethically treated by a private insurance company regarding a total vehicle loss claim. We retained this firm and immediately they went to work to support our position and advocate for a fair and just settlement.
