We walked on on the first day with a lot of questions and were very happy to talk to someone in person who had all the answers. Tom is always kind, knowledgeable, and very easy to contact. He replies to texts and emails extremely quickly and is very helpful. He got us a great deal, and we would gladly work with him again!
