Me and my wife have purchased 2 homes with Shirley Caldwell-Ross as our loan officer. She has to be one the most knowledgeable and patient human beings ever. She's never busy to communicate with her clients. If I had to do it all over again, I'd definitely choose Shirley again.
Do not go to Guild Mortgage for your financial needs. Jeffery Dynak and Jamie Hodge working with Guild were piranhas in they muscled me into a horrible plan. I had a 750 credit rating and qualified for all these plans (MCU, 321 program) to help with my taxes and closing costs only to find out they could not offer them? when i went to see other lenders Jeffery actually called me and yelled saying how dare i shop around? asinine as that was he also maligned the other lenders stating i would have to pay these hidden fees etc et... read more
