I had a great experience working with Shawn. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the process so much less stressful. He kept everything moving smoothly all the way to closing. I really felt like he had my best interests in mind. Not only did he help me with my refinance but he also helped me find homeowners insurance at a extremely reasonable rate - it saved me so much time and stress.
