I am so happy I got my Mortgage with Guild. I was buying a bankruptcy and ran into a lot of issues with the title company, Robin my loan officer was so helpful, she went above and beyond. Replying to my question at 10pm on a Sunday. Additionally they offer very competitive pricing. You are in good hands with Guild.
