Our loan officer was available and communicative, but unhelpful. In the end, we got everything sorted and are in our home, but our experience left us with concerns. We would constantly have follow up on questions/concerns/details of our loan that we had asked about and were always told "yes, we'll talk about that later". Was the only loan officer I talked to who gave me the full details about what I qualified for on loans where everyone else would just tell me that I didn't qualify for whichever place I was looking at and no other details allowing me to know what parameters I needed to be looking within and what options I had in regards to qualifying for different types of home loans.
