Guild Mortgage's loan application process is clear and straightforward. Our loan officer kept us informed every step of the way. Rates and terms were competitive. I'm not planning to invest in more property, but if I do, I'll come back to Guild.
Kristen is fantastic to work with! Excellent communication, answered every question we had, and extremely easy to work with! We felt very taken care of.

Kristen Burke is the best loan officer I've ever worked with. And I've worked with some very good ones too. She was very responsive, she laid everything out clearly up front, and always made time for me and my questions. She even helped me resolve issues that were outside of her scope.
