Working with Katie is always a wonderful experience! She's responsive and always takes the time to educate us when we have questions, even as repeat borrowers.
every time we have question about the loan, Katie, she forgot the locked the loan .and we have a hard time to contact Katie. She doesn’t respond to answer the Message before we sign closing , and after we sign closing cost she still didn don’t want to answer answer the text message or email I don’t know what’s going on , just be careful when you apply for loan you have to do double check
