Josh guided us thru all of the processes with patience and clarity. Answered all of our questions promptly - even as we navigated the loan "lingo" and terminology . "Held our hands" thru the approval of loan details and challenges in the property approval for financing. Quite a process but ultimately successful and we love our new condo. So blessed to find Josh and his team! We will recommend him to friends and family with no hesitation - he will take excellent care of them!
