Our experience with John Shea NLMS ID 1058906 and Guild Mortgage was extremely frustrating. We were given inconsistent information about rate lock extension fees, relock pricing, discount points, and lender credits, and the numbers seemed to keep changing as we got closer to closing. Relock pricing was never introduced at the all. We asked so many times for a clear explanation, but our questions were ignored or not answered directly.
