Guild was good until they weren't. Professionalism is lacking. Jenn recommended we use another mortgage company and I'm glad we did. After we switched our pre-approval was significantly improved and our monthly payments were lowered. Guild is like a buy here pay car dealership compared to the bigger mortgage companies.
