Great communication from Erica. This was my first time working with her. Kelsey is always wonderful to work with. They kept in touch and kept us updated on status in a timely manner and I will definitely use them in the future.
This was our first home so it was a brand new experience from start to finish. Having a team like Guild to walk us through the stress of purchasing a house took a lot of pressure off our shoulders because Kelsey and Ashley told us what we needed, when we needed it, and how to get it.
