Jill was good until she wasn't. She dropped the ball after we were pre-approved. She gave us higher monthly payments and lower approval amounts then bigger mortgage companies. If she needed adult conversations to take place she left that up to Jenn. Jill was impossible to communicate with some days. She used her kids as an excuse for her not doing her job. My recommendation which she will eventually have Jenn tell you is to go somewhere else.
Jennifer went above and beyond to help me find my perfect home! She answered all my questions (there were a lot) and helped me with so many scenarios. I highly recommend her and her team!!
