Lisa was wonderful at first and then all communication stopped for weeks. I attempted to contact multiple times through email and phone but it took way too long for a response and none of my questions were answered. For example: my last email to Lisa was on 4/3 and I only received a response today on 4/20 with information I've already received. She stated that she did not receive my emails or voicemail to which I forwarded the emails to her. I have a very hard time believing they just disappeared.
