I wouldn’t recommend Guild Mortgage as we’ve had a less than desirable experience. The first week communication was great and then nothing. I sent multiple emails with zero response. Finally was reached out to and I explained that I had tried to contact numerous times and was told they would be on it. That lasted for about two phone calls and two emails and then completely ghosted again.
Great job fast and efficient. Love these guys
Lender told the buyer of one of my listings that they were good to go 10 days out. All of the necessary documentation was received according to the contact. Then, two days prior to closing, I have received a call that it will take 10 more days to get the loan finished. Overpromising and under-delivering should be their motto.
