We were completely dissatisfied with Senior Loan Officer Mark McQuinn located at office 879 W. 190th Street, Suite 1150, Los Angeles, CA 90248, his team, and the Branch Manager Cynthia Leal. We started the loan process with Mr. McQuinn back in March 2020. Mr. McQuinn was polite and appeared to be professional and knowledgeable. However, we later learned that he and his entire team and the branch manager proved to be nothing of the sort.
