I had a great experience when buying my home, but after 3 years of making all my payments on time, my autopay was rejected. Guild Mortgage never bothered to notify me, and their website falsely showed that it had gone through. You can't disable autopay from the online portal, you can't make a payment manually if autopay is enabled, and it takes a whopping 10 business days for them to remove autopay for you when you call.
