I would not choose to use this company as my lender again. I don’t want to bad mouth anyone but again I would advise against using this lender.

I had a great experience when buying my home, but after 3 years of making all my payments on time, my autopay was rejected. Guild Mortgage never bothered to notify me, and their website falsely showed that it had gone through. You can't disable autopay from the online portal, you can't make a payment manually if autopay is enabled, and it takes a whopping 10 business days for them to remove autopay for you when you call. First time looking into buyinga house. I got bounced around to different agents multiple times. Finally the last one giving my info to mocked me saying "ok you got money, you got money, you got money" " well maybe you should wait for you to save more" but i was still trying to figure out how to do this. I felt lost. This place was very discouraging.
