I really don’t believe in leaving negative reviews anywhere. I am very concerned about this company though. My husband and I sat with this man named Milton to do a pre approval. This was on July 7th. We gave this man ALL of our info. We were told that he was going on vacation for a week, and that some one named Kahlee ( I believe that’s her name) would handle certain things in the interim. Tom was amazing to work with! He was always responsive, very knowledgeable, and patient with all of the questions we had as first time home buyers. The entire loan process was smooth, and he kept us updated every step of the way! Our experience was phenomenal, and we can't thank Tom and his team at RMS enough for that! Highy recommend him for anyone looking for a great loan officer in CT!!!
