Ryan from Guild Mortgage was incredibly helpful during the home buying process. As a first time home buyer I was completely in the dark as to how the whole loan process works. Ryan was readily available to answer any and all questions I had. I would recommend to anyone looking for a new home.

We did not have a good experience using Guild. The main issue was a lack of communication. There seemed to be a lot of things that came up that cost us in the long run and had we not had the money to cover these things, we would not have been able to close on our house. The first issue arose when we were quoted a certain interest rate but when I contacted them to say we were putting more than 20% down they said we had to put 25% down to stay at the interest rate quoted.
