I called several Morgage places and Guild was the only one I found with AMAZING customer service, who genuinely wanted to help me get my house and they made at easy as they possibly could! If your looking for a Morgage office, I HIGHLY recommend the folks at Guild Morgage, you won't be disappointed, I wasn't

Lisa went above and beyond for a buyer and worked diligently for months to make this purchase work and make sense for all parties involved. She communicated well with the title company, buyers and sellers and was able to answer questions clearly and communicate regularly.

They do not offer home equity loans in the state of alaska, which is a bummer. Other than that I didn’t have issues with guild, for a first time home buyer with little money they do really well at working on pricing with you in order for it to be affordable.
