The absolute worst mortgage company I've ever worked with. Deadlines missed, money amount constantly miscalculated, underwriters demanding completely irrelevant information (at the last minute), and poor communicators. We were too far gone to back out without losing thousands, but we were pretty close.

Much left to be desired working with Jannette Gomez, Amanda Rea and team. Because of their incompetence, we had to close 3 days late. I have been a real estate professional for over 10 years and have never experienced such a lack of accountability, no attention to detail and downright lazy work. I had to ask them for updates constantly, they missed critical documents that they requested the DAY OF CLOSING and caused us tremendous stress and frustration. Avoid at all costs.

Worst lenders to possibly exists. We tried to get pre approved for an application with them years ago but because of there delay and failed communication we missed out on the house of our dreams. We then decided to go with another lender who was more responsive and communicative. We didn’t let that one bad experience ruin it for us we just let it go.
