Much left to be desired working with Jannette Gomez, Amanda Rea and team. Because of their incompetence, we had closed 3 days late. I have been a real estate professional for over 10 years and have never experienced such a lack of accountability, no attention to detail and downright lazy work. I had to ask them for updates constantly, they missed critical documents that they requested the DAY OF CLOSING and caused us tremendous stress and frustration. Avoid at all costs.
Worst lenders to possibly exists. We tried to get pre approved for an application with them years ago but because of there delay and failed communication we missed out on the house of our dreams. We then decided to go with another lender who was more responsive and communicative. We didn’t let that one bad experience ruin it for us we just let it go. Amanda was great with helping us with our loan as first time home buyers. Buying a home seemed out of reach and at times confusing. But her team provided me and my fiancé with plenty of options and were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions while being super responsive! They truly care of their clients and it shows.
Desiree Lebleu was an amazing lender. Going into buying my first home there was fear and uncertainty. Desiree made the process easier then I could have ever imagined, and I just closed on a home today, I will be recommending her to my family and close friends when the time comes for them to get their homes
