Though I appreciated working with my specific loan officer, Tracey, who was quick to get me my pre-approval letter and help me select the best mortgage product for my needs, the rest of the process was difficult and delayed. They missed my closing date twice, first because they didn't initially ask for documentation I could have easily provided ahead of time and second because they simply did not send me my closing disclosure in a timely manner for no reason.
