Hard pass on Kieth and Guide Mortgage. Hands down one of the worst banking experiences we have ever had. Their lack of communication, inability to stay organized, and lack of self accountability almost kept us from closing. The icing on the cake, was when they said told us they would cover closing costs after I gave a cashier check to the title company. Less than a week prior to closing, I was told since I can''t re-enlist I wouldn't be able to get a loan. Weeks prior, we discussed that I was planning to retire in 2019. I lost my $500 deposit and now I'm in search of a place to rent and will most likely have to stay longer in a hotel. although they were friendly, I'd recommend going else where.

Very seldom do you find a company these days that embody the word family. From the time we set foot in the door Keith and the team treated us like we were at the thanksgiving table. After informing us of our buying options he walked us through the process step by step. He even went as far as bringing in our sales agent on a Saturday to address some some last minute concerns about our purchase.
