Mark is the best in town! Highly recommend
The Communication was great! Mark answered all our questions and Sat down with us multiple times to explain how the loan process works and what we qualified for. Overall the loan process went very smoothly. We are now settling into our New Home!
We wasted an hour and a half in a meeting with Bruce from guild mortgage company only for him to completely ghost us. We never got a phone call back after the meeting where he told us he would speak with his underwriter about some details of our loan. Very unprofessional. We are now working with Jolie from Change Home mortgage company-she is amazing and approved us within an hour!
I have done a few loans with Heidi Meeks and trust her with my financial needs. She has processed a refinance and two home purchases for me over the years. Her processors are also very efficient and knowledgeable about their job. My last loan was a breeze with the new electronic signing process.
