Do not use them if you’re in a flood zone or at risk of flood damage. Our home flooded during Hurricane Helene and our insurance company has provided the money, but Guild Mortgage now holds it hostage. They require work to be done before releasing funds, as if everyone has hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash available to fix their homes after a disaster. Today I closed on my home and I want to thank Gina and her team they did amazing through the whole process. From beginning to end no matter the question I had and how many I had she was able to answer them and always so very nice and always there to make sure I had all the information I needed. Thank yall so very much. If anyone needs a great loan officer she is the one to get.
Our broker Jason was nice but they use Spring eq for HELOC’s and they are a disreputable and awful company that almost cost us a house for a family member. I would not use Guild again.
Miracle worker is an under statement for what Nick was able to accomplish for us (in a very short amount of time) in getting qualified to purchase a home.
