Joey Cummings the most unprofessional lender I have spoken with gives a preapproval, won’t explain what’s going on because she does not have the proper documentation or even submitted them talks to you as if you are dumb told me I’m 50 years old. I’ve been doing this for a while you need to relax and let me do my job and not ask so many questions the worst.

I see all the reviews of everyone experience they had with this company. I wish I could have been provided the same experience. This was my first time purchasing a home and I had to make every call. Send every email and even had to express that I did not feel like the company did not want to help so finally I chose to go somewhere else due to the excuses I was being provided but I will say this the Jacksonville FL office is more customer friendly then this office.
RecommendedGuild has been around since 1960 and they service their own loans so it is a big difference when it comes to closing your loan!
