I'm the seller of a property that was financed by your company. At closing yesterday we did'nt receive our check from you. It is suppose to be wired to the seller's lawyer today. The closing was scheduled to be last Friday and was cancelled until Tuesday. I think this was ample time to get my money to me at closing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Dealing with Guild Mortgage in Greenville SC was the WORST and most stressful experience of my life. My mortgage agent let our paperwork sit on her desk for long periods and then harassed us for things she needed last minute, threatening to pull our loan and was very intimidating and condescending of our situation. She never gave us a list of things we would need for the loan to be approved in the beginning. Everything was last minute and a big hassle.
