Selena was professional and easy to work with.
Started off with great phone calls but getting my email blocked and unreturned phone calls is extremely unprofessional. In no way was I rude or anything for that to happen. I told them of my plan and didn’t want my credit pulled multiple times I had it pulled without a signature also. Not happy.
Mike from Guild Mortgage was so helpful and kind he was always available to answer any of my questions throughout the whole process. Super personable and able to relate to situations financially he helped my family and I moved into our first starter home and I couldn't be happier.
The guy who helped us was very rude, told us we were too young for a homeloan
