I recently purchased a house, and used this company. overall I would say there fast and professional. unfortunately I was not told that there was going to be a charge every time I pay my monthly loan. couple option to avoid, is do an auto payment. which for me I needed to split my payment. so no go on that. Or go through your bank and use bill pay. witch I went with but Guild mortgage doesn't use E bill with my bank and there for my bank writes a check and sends it to them. I prefer electronic payment as it is safer and fast... read more
So far, horrible CS. I can't even get them on the phone. They show us as having no property insurance, but we have paid for this in escrow already. I'm currently on hold for 15 minutes now and can't get a hold of someone after having tried to call for several days. Awful.
