OVERALL, a great experience. I cant recommend Kyle's branch enough. He went out on a limb and personally helped my wife and I beyond the norm. This proved that our backing of this branch is worth it. Working with him and Tiki has been a pleasant experience and I highly recommend them!
Kyle and his team were very helpful and informative from start to finish. They answered all of our questions quickly. We will definitely use his services again in the future. We recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage.
I was disappointed with Kyle and his advice during my loan process. Even after following his advice with paying off my vehicle we barely qualified for an additional amount. I went to another lender there after and received personalized and accurate service along with the qualified amount I was looking for.
