We recently received our home mortgage through Guild and had no real bumps in the road. I was told I'd receive a survey of our experience once it was all over, but never did. The only person I had an issue with was Faith, who was nice in person, but extremely rude on the phone if you called to get updates on your loan process. This process is supposed to be a good experience and once it was out of her hands, things went smoothly.
