Caroline was a blessing – as I was very nervous getting into the process of buying. Caroline was always willing to educate me on the market, interest rates, pros of buying, etc. Even though English is not my first language, Caroline went out of her way to explain everything in Spanish and that gave me peace of mind. Caroline was a delightful to work with - she was very organized, proactive and above those qualities, one of my favorite things about her is that I felt that she cared about my house buying and loan process to go smoothly - she was able to get a quick appraisal back, moved closing date up to fit my schedule, and when closing came around everything was in great shape.
