I’ve always had a great experience at this location, but today? Caleb went above and beyond to make sure my documents were sorted, I understood the procedures/requirements, and was extremely friendly. I’m not great with technology but Caleb was more than patient and took the time to help me get what I needed to provide and ensured that everything was correct. 12/10 no notes. He deserves a raise!
Every agent is wonderful at Guild it instantly feels like family when you walk in the door, Ethan recently helped my elderly grandmother who had lots of questions with such grace and patience. I was blown away by his demeanour with her. It felt like he was talking to his own grandmother and made sure she was understood and was comfortable. I can’t thank you enough!
Caleb is super helpful with my policy. Strongly recommend to anyone want to get a policy or drivers license. The most important thing is everyone is very friendly here!!! Come to Guild!!!
Went to reschedule my class 1 air brake test, and asked lady just canceled my test.She said you need to pay $10 for rescheduling because its 24 hours passed after cancelling my test booking. Been to this location many times had good experience, but this was an awful experience.
