I reserved a herbal steam headspa session for my wife at 6:00 pm. They even called to confirm the time the day before. When she got there at 6, they said they are all booked and she needs to wait 15 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, they have mentioned that they will give a credit for future sessions, and she can go in now. Once she comes out an hour later, they completely deny any credits or apologies. This is not acceptable.
I found this place on tiktok and instagram and really wanted to check it out. I booked the steam scalp treatment with a friend and it was such a magical experience. I love getting my hair washed and my head massaged and Bailee did such a good job with my hair. It was so relaxing that I found myself fall asleep.
