Only giving 2 stars because the lady washing my hair (Zoey) was kind. This was a painful experience. The hair washing was a lot of scratching and was not relaxing at all. The most pleasant part was the hair steam. The brushing also was very rough and painful. My scalp felt like it had been burned and parts of it were raw. Very expensive ($178) for the hour and half treatment and the parts that were hands on were the roughest :(.
Came here for my first head spa experience and I got to say, best first experience! Cindy worked wonders on my head, my hair felt so smooth and was shiny after. Best place to come with friends or a partner.
I recently dyed my hair and wanted to try the ginger scalp treatment to help with the dry flakes, since it was my first time here Jojo was very great and gentle. My scalp was very clean afterwards and my hair felt great. I would definitely come back again.
Did a head spa and full body massage last week! Susan is very responsible and provides great services. Enjoyed my visit to Guifei Head Spa!
