Highly recommend looking elsewhere!!! We contracted work within a scope quoted and agreed to within a written estimate. Work was not completed Satisfactorily. Work was performed on roof on 11/22, contact was made on 11/23 advising the roof was not only still leaking, but not leaking more profusely. It was not until 11/29 that it was looked at. I called to get a quote for roof repair. Gentleman who answered was very nice and courteous and set an appointment for Monday of this week at approximately 10am. Monday came and I called shortly after 10 because no one arrived to complete my roof assessment. There was no answer when I called. It is now Thursday and I still haven’t heard back from the business, which shows a pretty big disregard for the customer and their time.
Great service and price. I highly recommend them.
