Hello, I began with JP about 3 weeks ago. I’ve been working out for a long time but JP discovered that the intensity level was not there. I began with a swing speed of 101 and after training with JP for 6 sessions my swing speed improved to 119. Needless to say I’m very happy with the results and plan on continuing the program that JP has put together. Merry Christmas!
