Reached out to JP this off season to regain club head speed. Started at 92mph. I signed up for the 3 months program where JP listened to what I was able to accomplish in a given week and tailored to it. Even though I had a few minor setbacks during the program from another sport, At the end of the program my balance and strength as grown as I was able to reach 100 mph. A nice 8 mph gain. Started a program with Guidry Golf and Sport. I have been impressed with the workouts and the overall experience. I feel stronger and more flexible in just three weeks. My swing speed has increased significantly. Just recently shot my age for 18 holes. I shot 76 and a day later turned 78. He has made me lift more weight and jump higher. Flexibility has increased.Overall I am playing better golf and enjoying it more.
I have been training with JP for over 2 years now. Besides being the longest hitter in my close group of friends, I am also the strongest and most limber I have been in years. I have noticed improvements on the course but also in other activities such as tennis and softball. I am able to keep up my two daughters and all of their extra curriculars as well. The app is super easy to use/follow/track results etc. Looking forward to many more gains on and off the course.
