Went to guidos with a very basic and straightforward job to cut some plexiglass for a project. I brought in a template that I offered to leave with them to ensure measurements were exact. I was told they didn’t need the template and they took some measurements. I got a call a few days later to pick up. I got the material home to learn the sheets were cut short by about 1/4 of an inch. Tito and Byron came by to give me an estimate on glass replacement and i asked if id need a new window or just new glass because the top window doesn’t stay shut. Instead of trying to get more money from me since I am far from handy, they fixed the window free of charge while here to give me an estimate for the glass replacement. They were very professional and I recommend their service.
