We placed a $20,000 order for aluminum windows and doors and were originally told the lead time would be 6–8 weeks. Later, we were informed of delays and were told to expect 12 weeks. As we approached that 12-week mark, we reached out for an update, no response at all. Our entire home renovation is now sitting unfinished solely because the entire back side of our house cannot be enclosed without these products.
