I emailed my request for custom work, and I got a thorough response with a can-do attitude and a reasonable estimate. Ill post again after the job is done.
Called, called, and called. Left message after message and Rory never returned any of my calls. He took over \$500 of merchandise back and and gave me a credit of \$140. What a rip off! I should have given it waya for that price. Beware of this guy and the comapny who would hire him! Last time I ever do business with them.
If you get them to return your phone call, consider yourself worthy. Missing material on multiple shipments, items sent too soon and left out in the weather, slow response for pick up. Rory does not respond to phone calls at all and uses the threat of late fees on payments not made in 20 days or less; even though he wont return your call or credit your account for the approprite amount. It will cost you more in time, frustration, and being overcharged time after time than it is worth. Lowes or Home Depot is my next stop.
