Make sure you understand policy before contacting them as they dont quite understand the program although they claim to be doing it for years. It was stated to me that dda has to give you a budget before they take on services to do environmental work and thats just not true nor does it even make sense. You have to get an assessment and then get quotes, after the quotes they pick the cheapest one and THEN GIVE YOU A BUDGET. THATS THE PROPER WAY. These people have no clue.
